Terms

Clear scope before automation touches the business.

These plain-language terms explain the public assessment offer. They are not a substitute for a project-specific agreement when deeper access, implementation, or ongoing services begin.

Practical guidance, not professional advice

Our assessments and recommendations are practical business guidance, not legal, financial, tax, medical, security, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for final business decisions, tool adoption, approvals, and use of third-party software.

Human-led assessment

The operational assessment is conducted by Kowal AI on a live call. AI-assisted tools may support transcription, organization, research, and drafting, but the final recommendations are reviewed by us before delivery.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, uptime, accuracy, or business outcomes. Estimated time savings or ROI figures are planning estimates based on stated assumptions, not guarantees.

Payment and scheduling

Payment is required to reserve an assessment slot. After payment, you receive the scheduling path for the live assessment call. Rescheduling should be handled with at least 24 hours notice when possible.

Refunds and cancellations

If your request is not a fit, we will let you know before moving forward. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled call may be refunded or credited toward a future assessment. Missed calls or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable unless we agree otherwise.

Controlled automation

AI and automation tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. Workflows that affect customers, money, legal obligations, confidential data, or core business records should include human review, testing, access controls, logging, and fallback procedures before production use.

Implementation work

Follow-on implementation work is scoped separately. Larger projects should have a written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, approvals, data access, delivery expectations, and liability limits before work begins.
