When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company, website, and message. Do not include passwords, secrets, customer records, or sensitive internal data in the form.
Assessment calls may be transcribed so we can prepare accurate notes and recommendations. The assessment is human-led; AI tools may support transcription, organization, research, and drafting, but final recommendations are reviewed by Kowal AI before delivery.
We use contact-form information to reply to your inquiry, understand whether an assessment is a fit, and prepare for a first conversation. We do not sell your contact information.
Paid assessment checkout may be handled by Stripe, and assessment scheduling may be handled by Cal.com. Those services process the information needed to complete payment, issue receipts, schedule the call, and send booking confirmations.
Automation work often involves business processes, tools, documents, and examples. Access should be scoped deliberately, shared only when needed, and limited to the minimum required for the project.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank details, regulated health information, private customer records, or other highly sensitive data through our contact form, receptionist, or assessment intake unless we have a separate written agreement and secure process in place.
The website may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment, scheduling, transcription, and document preparation. Those services process limited information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, complete bookings, and prepare the assessment.
Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent through the contact form. We will handle reasonable deletion or correction requests when possible.
