You can implement the 2–4 quick wins yourself. No extra charge. If you want kowal.ai to implement them, we quote the actual work. No fixed install price. The roadmap is a menu of additional services. Each one is custom-quoted if you pick it up.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. The scheduling link in your confirmation handles normal changes.
